After listening to Flav's interview for the BBC (probably on the BBC's site where) i’m sure Renault are 100% happy with Piquet. Flav like he’s teams to be made up a number 1 (Alonso) and a number 2 (Piquet). In the BBC interview, Flav raised the point that having 2 strong drivers does more damage then good for the team, Alonso and Hamilton for example. Piquet is very much that second driver.
Having said all that if Renault did want to replace Piquet they have a handy young driver on there books in the shape of Romain Grosjean.
A more suitable place for Sato would be STR. It looks like the management there made the right decision sticking with Bourdais for the sake of keeping stability within team. His so stable that he can copy he’s crappy form from last year even down to the car not suiting he’s style. Flipping useless! |

Now he's complaining yet again the car doesn't suit his style, just like last year, when yet again a ROOKIE is producing the good, and this time a rookie that many didn't even believe deserved a drive.
I hope STR is starting to regret their decision. I just can't imagine Taku floundering around in the back like Bourdais in this year's STR. |

| I can imagine that Taku in the STR would probably have around about the pace of the Red Bull drivers. |

| Pure Rumour, I don't think Renault will replaced Piquet. But It's make a great reading. It's a great hope story for us Takuma fans. |

At least the media people think Taku when it comes to replacing drivers That just proves that he's better. |
