So STR have finally announced that the second seat has gone to Bourdais. This is a very bad day, and will ruin the dreams of thousands of Taku fans. However, we at saf1.org would like to point out that Taku, Matthew and Andrew are all still here and are not the type of people to give up. We won't either. F1 has been a great, if roller-coaster, ride so far and maybe it is time to look to another formula where Taku can actually get on and do what he is good at : RACING ! F1 has lost the top position in motorsport for racing enthusiasts ... the show and the drama of getting there, being there and networking actually has far outweighed the two hour race for a couple of years now. It is very sad when I recall that I have been to many countries and many races and yet I can count on less than five fingers the races that have made me jump for joy. Can Taku capture a seat with one of the new teams that Mosely is so sure are coming on board? Or can he get into a car that, in another discipline, will let him go straight to the top on driving skills rather than team finances? Taku says he has unfinished business in F1. I have unfineshed business with Taku. I need to see him on the top step of a podium on a regular basis. If the politics and finances of F1 prevents that, then why not rethink things Team Taku? Fans like to cheer. Give Taku the glory his driving deserves. Give us a chance to cheer!
